Hi Nainil,

I appreciated your comments about Smartphones and the way they are changing the way we live and work.

I would raise the caution, though, that for anyone with incipient neck problems, a constant face-down posture can aggravate these problems and cause injury gradually, and can suddenly become disabling.

To avoid these problems, keep the laptop at eye level, using a detachable keyboard whenever possible. Even if you use the Smartphone while walking, take a break every so often and enjoy the scenery, if only to look up and around when you are crossing a street!

Hi Nainil. Very nice presentation. To succeed you also need an effective requirement management tool. There are now completely free web-based solutions like www.requirementone.com with a broad range of functions for small as well as very large teams and organisations.

Hello Nainil,

I was reading your blog, and there are many interesting articles and discussions. Keep writing.

Regarding document management, we here in our organization use Lotus Notes based databases, which provides very easy management, with file naming conventions, document formats, storage at single place (server),automatic revisioning,check-out check-in process, etc ... Before this tool we were having lot of problems with managing documents, related to designs, meeting discussions, client brochures, financial tables etc...

I suppose you know about such tools but there are many resistances to using it in organizational environment because of several reasons...

I agree with you. RSS/Atom is a great and relatively simple technology which simplifies our lives. I use RSS feed to integrate data from various sources into my AgileCases mediawiki. Also I use an extension which enables mediawiki to provide self-built RSS feeds. An example is http://www.agilecases.com/index.php?title=News&action=feed&feed=rss

I have used a product called Out'n About which integrates with Outlook reasonably well and is cheap. Take a look either to use it or to borrow some ideas in configuring yours.

Hi,

I want to make you aware of the HealthRecordRegistry.com
This is the only place where one can keep ones personal health record
absolutely, totally secure.
Unfortunately, that is not the case with the HealthVault.
There are more and more reports in the digital media about breakins into the
HealthVault.

how many come for treatment is missing .
the percentage of people who die due to a careless mistake in airline industry might be lower / higher than this.
